Monday, December 19, 2011. Mile 2,204.405 of 8,331.895. 6,127.49 miles to go. I’m scheduled to arrive in Yerevan on April 20, 2012.

This morning I warmed up for 12:13:70, jogged 3 miles in 46:59:13, and cooled down for 19:40:24. It was cold and rainy and my knee didn’t feel awesome, but I slogged through the miles anyway. Small victory. This evening I did Tang Soo Do for an hour. First class in the new Do Jang.

I’m in the Atlantic Ocean.
