This morning I did Banish Fat Boost Metabolism for 55:00:45. I love/hate this video. It uses no weights, which I love. Then it kicks my butt, which I love/hate. Immediately afterwards I did Tang Soo Do for an hour. I was thoroughly whooped afterward.
